Brinjac Engineering is providing MEP and fire protection engineering services in conjunction with the relocation of Fannie Mae's northeast regional offices in Philadelphia, PA.

The project consists of the fit-out of approximately 66,000-sf. of office space in an existing multi-tenant high rise office building. The space program includes offices, training rooms, several multi-media presentation and video conferencing spaces, telecommunications equipment rooms and brek rooms.

Services began with conceptual design and are continuing through the construction phase. Services include commissioning of all systems.
