Brinjac Engineering, Inc. provided design services associated with the construction of a multi-building, 325,000-sf, 778-bed residence hall complex. Each residence facility accommodates resident bedrooms, offices, conference rooms, and lounge spaces; public toilet rooms, storage areas, and mechanical and electrical rooms; and entrance vestibules, corridors, and ancillary areas.

Services provided included electrical, m/e/p, fire protection, lighting, HVAC and telecommunications design.
