Brinjac provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, communications, security, and lighting design services associated with the construction of a new 172,000-sf office building. The design included general and executive office space, conference and training rooms, computer operations center, and kitchen and dining areas. It also featured complete fire protection and security systems including smoke evacuation and a dual 12 KV electrical service with automatic transfer.
