TecPort Technology Campus
BRINJAC ENGINEERING, Inc. (BRINJAC) is providing civil, landscape architecture, and lighting design for the TecPort Technology Campus in Swatara Township, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This former AMP/Tycho Electronics site is being redeveloped into Pennsylvania’s premiere technology park by a development team led by Crossgates, Inc. and Computer Aid, Inc.

BRINJAC will provide master planning services as the existing buildings and grounds are repurposed to provide new facilities for a variety of cutting-edge technology firms. Services will include site analysis, schematic design, land development planning, construction observation and maintenance program development.

The current masterplan incorporates the three existing facilities into a single masterplan for an additional 500,000 SF of office space. Once completed, this technology park will accommodate in excess of 4,000 employees. Masterplan amenities include central water feature focal points, walking trails, and exterior employee pavilions for group meetings, etc.
