Brinjac Engineering, Inc. Announces the PE Certification of Three Engineers

Harrisburg - Brinjac Engineering Inc. is pleased to announce that Reza Mirzai, Nicholas C. Mannix and You “Mark” Zhou have received their Professional Engineer (PE) Certifications. Mr. Mirzai is now certified in Virginia and Mr. Mannix and Mr. Zhou are now certified in Pennsylvania.
As a Project Manager in Brinjac's Vienna office, Mr. Mirzai is responsible for client relations, project scope management, scheduling, and coordination of the firm's design efforts in the greater Virginia/DC area. His experience spans the Healthcare, Education and Government markets.
Mr. Mannix, a Structural Engineer in Brinjac's Philadelphia office, is responsible for the development of structural construction documents. His duties include client and inter-discipline coordination, structural analysis and design and construction administration. He has experience working with existing and historic structures, as well as with a wide variety of new construction.
Mr. Zhou is an Environmental Engineer in Brinjac's Harrisburg office and is responsible for providing water and wastewater planning, engineering, design, and construction services. His areas of expertise include water supply, treatment, storage and distribution, and wastewater collection, conveyance and treatment.
