Brinjac Engineering Welcomes New Structural Engineering Manager

Philadelphia, PA -- Brinjac Engineering, Inc. is pleased to welcome Thomas J. Langan, Jr., PE to its Philadelphia office as a Structural Engineering Manager.
Mr. Langan, a Bucknell University graduate, brings over 20 years of experience to Brinjac in the design of structural systems for new construction, as well as the preservation of historic structures. He has provided structural engineering services for government buildings, college and university facilities, museums, theaters, churches, and residences. Most recently, he served as Principal-in-Charge of Schoor DePalma, Inc.’s Structural Engineering Department in Philadelphia.
Mr. Langan has a master's degree in civil engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in 9 states. He has received numerous awards and lectured on historic preservation and structural engineering at Princeton University, Drexel University, Temple University, and Rowan University. He has extensive experience in developing and refining structural systems and, in turn, providing clients with the most efficient, cost-effective designs possible. His work in preservation has specialized in the assessment, repair, alteration, and expansion of older structural systems and building materials.
