The other projects include the design and construction of two new visitor’s centers. The first facility is for Sinnemahonings State Park in Cameron County, PA, which includes an administration area, exhibit area, interpretive area, classroom/meeting room, visitor service area, storage, entrance road and parking lot. This facility is being designed by LCS Design. The Visitor’s Gateway Center at S.B. Elliott State Park in Clearfield County, PA will be comprised of three buildings, all of which incorporate Green Technology to achieve LEED® certification. This complex will include a 5,000 to 7,000-sf Welcome Center, a 10,000-sf Interpretive Center and Overnight Lodging with between 40-100 units. Access roads and parking areas will also be constructed. Hillier Architecture is designing this project. Additional Recent Projects The Harrisburg Authority has selected Brinjac Engineering to perform a feasibility study and preliminary sizing of Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR) Upgrade to the 37.7 MGD Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility. The Milton S. Hershey Medical Center hired Brinjac Engineering to design Phase I of a three phase infrastrucuture upgrade. The institution plans to build a new cancer center, children’s hospital, research facility and a major addition to the heart center.
