Keystone Building
BRINJAC ENGINEERING, Inc. (BRINJAC) provided multi-disciplinary engineering services for the demolition of the existing Transportation and Safety Building and design and construction of the new 828,000 SF Keystone Building on the existing site.

BRINJAC provided mechanical, electrical including communications distribution and lighting, plumbing, fire protection, structural and civil engineering for the facility which houses a 108,000 SF subterranean parking garage for 200 vehicles;
administrative office space for a number of State Agencies; a library; conference and hearing rooms; exhibit spaces; archive spaces; kitchen and dining areas; a day care center; elevators; a heliport; a loading dock; a state-of-the-art Commonwealth Commerce Resource Center; and the headquarters for the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) Central Administration and Command Center.
