| BRINJAC ENGINEERING, Inc. (BRINJAC) completed a study of the Dillsburg Borough Authority's (Authority) water system in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, and its ability to meet future system demands as projected through 2008. Due to increasing growth in the Authority's service area, a number of recommendations for system improvements were made. BRINJAC completed a hydraulic study and installation of a new Well No. 5 and completed the design and construction of a well-house facility for Well No. 5, including a pump station and chemical treatment and monitoring equipment. |
