Administration

Controller — Must possess at least ten (10) years of relevant management experience gained in a service-oriented industry. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA preferred.

The Controller will direct the daily accounting operations and financial reporting for the company and its subsidiaries, while monitoring financial and operating performance against budgets and forecasts. Demonstrated knowledge of Vision/Deltek required, as well as experience with GAAP and cash flow management. Position is available in our Harrisburg, PA office.

Business Development Representative — Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of ten years sales experience in the AE industry, preferably with a firm specializing in healthcare or higher education, also required. Registered PE a plus. Position includes generating leads, developing client relationships, networking, market research and developing and writing proposals preparation. Individual would be responsible for the DC, MD and VA territories. Must be motivated, self-starter and able to work independently. Position available in our Hunt Valley, MD or Vienna, VA office.
