BRINJAC has also provided a series of Schematic Site Master Plan options for a $15 million Eco-Industrial Park, which is anticipated to cover more than 50 acres and is the second phase of the MCMWMA project. The Master Plan identifies a 200,000 SF Recycling Center and orients the facility to take advantage of existing site amenities, such as a pond and wetland area.

The Eco-Industrial Park is a one-of-a-kind facility that will accommodate several materials recycling facilities into one (1) location and under a single roof. The project will receive source-separated recyclable items such as wood, drywall, vinyl and paper materials and create useable end products such as finger-jointed building studs, agricultural soil supplements, wall insulation, and even kitty litter.
