| BRINJAC ENGINEERING, Inc. (BRINJAC) was responsible for multi-discipline design and construction of a 1.5 MGD regional wastewater treatment plant which serves the Borough of Montoursville, portions of Fairfield Township and flow from Loyalsock Township. The facility uses SBR technology and is equipped with dual basis, aerobic digesters, screening building, chlorine contact tank post aeration with discharge to the Susquehanna River, and a control building which houses administrative offices, conference room, laboratory, blower room, maintenance area and chlorine storage and feed facilities. The plant also includes a plate and frame press to dewater a combination of sludge and septage, a lime silo and chemical feed equipment. more |
